Why it is relevant to AI governance
It opened for signature the Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law—the first international legally binding treaty of its kind on AI. The Council also develops tools such as HUDERIA methodology work on human-rights impact.
