This is a focused knowledge directory on AI governance, civil society, digital rights, technology policy and public policy. It is a companion to achahoud.com and is also meant to stand alone as a useful reference.
Purpose
The site helps visitors understand core concepts, identify major institutions, distinguish voluntary frameworks from law, and reach official texts. It is not a consultancy sales page and not a newsroom.
Editorial method
Records are locally authored summaries. They link to primary sources whenever possible: legislation, treaty pages, UN and intergovernmental documents, official standards catalogues, and established civil-society research. Every published record includes a review date because the field changes quickly. Status of ratifications, implementing acts and guidance should be re-checked on the official site.
What this site does not do
It does not provide legal, policy, financial or technical advice. It does not claim institutional endorsement by any listed organization. Inclusion is editorial, not an accreditation.

The directory supports the professional positioning of the owner of achahoud.com (opens in a new tab) around AI governance, civil society, digital rights, civic technology and public policy. Cross-links are kept limited and contextual.
How the site is built
The first version is a static Next.js site with typed local content, no user accounts and no CMS. Content can be edited as TypeScript files in src/content/ using Cursor or Claude Desktop, then deployed on Vercel from GitHub. AI tools were used to help produce copy; please fact-check against official sources. See the disclaimer.
